Planning and conservation area applications will soon be resubmitted to Leeds City Council for a £20m redevelopment of the former Yorkshire Bank Headquarters.
The scheme comprises a new Doctors Surgery with Pharmacy, retail units, office space and 14 luxury residential apartments together with substantial on-site parking. Any development will include substantial improvements to Harrogate Road including a new pedestrian controlled crossing.
