Planning and conservation area applications will soon be resubmitted to Leeds City Council for a £20m redevelopment of the former Yorkshire Bank Headquarters.
The scheme comprises a new Doctors Surgery with Pharmacy, retail units, office space and 14 luxury residential apartments together with substantial on-site parking. The development will include substantial improvements to Harrogate Road including a new pedestrian controlled crossing.
The application was refused by Leeds City Council and an appeal has been submitted.
